AODA Train-The-Trainer Course

AccessAbility Advantage

When the new accessibility standards under the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act (AODA) take effect in just a few short months, will you be ready?

The first requirement under the AODA is that you develop policies and procedures and train your staff on providing service in a manner that is accessible to people with disabilities. You have until the end of 2011 to comply.

Accessible Customer Service Train-the-Trainer Course

AccessAbility Advantage is offering public train-the-trainer courses on February 23-24, and March 9-10, 2011. After completing this two-day program, your trainer will be well equipped to provide ongoing accessible customer service training within your organization. Our program completely covers the legislative requirements of the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act, 2005 (AODA). Through our experiential and conversational approach, your trainers will become familiar with interacting with people with disabilities and be able to confidently train your internal staff.
